IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CANCELLATIONS
As a small independent owner, you would agree that any cancellation would affect us dearly. Therefore, if a client cancels their reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date he/she will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
If the client cancels within the 7 days prior to the arrival date, they will be charged one night at full rate for each room they reserved. Also, if a client leaves before departure date he/she will be charged as the original booking was made.
